PROBLEM

Amitron didn't have a custom relationship management (CRM) tool and was struggling to keep current customers, lost customers, and potential customers engaged with the brand.


SOLUTION

Find and implement a CRM tool that best serves marketing and sales goals. Contacts from sales, customer service, and older databases were segmented, aggregated, and uploaded into the system. Monthly Newsletter emails were sent to customers, personal lead-nurturing emails were sent to leads.
