PROBLEM
When visitors came to the website, they could browse a wealth of information about fundraising, However, there was no clear direction about how to actually start a fundraiser with WFC. Becoming a customer was a mystery. Thus, the website was functioning as a digital brochure instead of a tool to guide visitors through the buyer's journey.
SOLUTION
Created a “Get Started” page that explained the 3 separate paths of getting started. If visitors wanted to start a fundraiser, their options are very clear and easy to understand.
